3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights of content creators
• Not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated summaries may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Summaries are not a substitute for watching the original video content
• Questly Kft. disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Users should verify important information from original sources

5. Subscription Terms

Our service operates on a subscription model:

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 video summaries per month
• Premium Tier: Unlimited video summaries for $5/month
• Subscriptions are processed through Stripe payment system
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, algorithms, and AI models, is owned by Questly Kft. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us necessary rights to process it.

YouTube content remains the property of its respective creators and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questly Kft. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party content or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue features
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access
• Suspend service for technical or security reasons

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Misuse the service or compromise system security

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
