Supabase (Database & Authentication)
We use Supabase for user authentication and data storage. Your account information and usage data are stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure.
Stripe (Payment Processing)
Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
OpenRouter (AI Processing)
Video transcripts are sent to OpenRouter for AI-powered summarization. We do not share personal information with OpenRouter beyond the content you submit.
YouTube API
We access YouTube's API to retrieve video metadata. We only process publicly available video information.
PostHog (Analytics)
We use PostHog for user behavior analytics and event tracking to improve our service. PostHog may set cookies for analytics purposes.
Sentry (Error Tracking)
We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracking. Sentry may set cookies to track application performance and errors.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Applications mobiles et achats intégrés
Les applications iOS et Android de sum.video partagent les mêmes comptes et résumés que le site web, avec ces différences :
- Les abonnements Pro achetés dans les applications sont facturés par l'Apple App Store ou Google Play, et non par Stripe.
- Nous utilisons RevenueCat pour valider les reçus des magasins et synchroniser le statut de l'abonnement avec votre compte.
- Les applications mobiles n'incluent pas d'analyses PostHog ni de SDK de suivi publicitaire.
- Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte depuis la section Compte de l'application mobile ou depuis votre tableau de bord sur le site web. Cela supprime vos données de compte personnelles sur sum.video.

Connecteurs Claude et ChatGPT
Si vous connectez Claude ou ChatGPT à sum.video, ces applications envoient les URL YouTube et les questions posées via le connecteur. Nous les traitons avec votre compte et vos quotas hebdomadaires. Nous ne recevons pas le reste de la conversation.
6. Data Retention
Account Data
Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure for legal and business purposes.
Usage Data
Video URLs and summaries are retained for 2 years to improve service quality and provide account history.
Payment Data
Retained for 7 years as required by Hungarian accounting and tax regulations.
Technical Data
Logs and technical data are retained for 1 year for security and performance monitoring.
