5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Supabase (Database & Authentication)
We use Supabase for user authentication and data storage. Your account information and usage data are stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure.
Stripe (Payment Processing)
Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
OpenRouter (AI Processing)
Video transcripts are sent to OpenRouter for AI-powered summarization. We do not share personal information with OpenRouter beyond the content you submit.
YouTube API Services
sum.video uses YouTube API Services to retrieve metadata of public videos and to publish our own tutorial videos on our own YouTube channel. By using sum.video you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube API Services are provided by Google; see the Google Privacy Policy.
We only access, use and store publicly available video information (such as title, channel name, duration and transcript) to provide summaries. We do not access your YouTube account or any private YouTube data, and we do not share YouTube data with third parties except the processors listed on this page.
You can ask us to delete any stored data at any time by deleting your account in the dashboard or by writing to the contact address in section 1; we delete it without undue delay. If you ever granted sum.video access to a Google account, you can revoke it on the Google security settings page.
PostHog (Analytics)
We use PostHog for user behavior analytics and event tracking to improve our service. PostHog may set cookies for analytics purposes.
Sentry (Error Tracking)
We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracking. Sentry may set cookies to track application performance and errors.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobilne aplikacije i kupnje unutar aplikacije
Aplikacije sum.video za iOS i Android dijele iste račune i sažetke kao i web-mjesto, uz ove razlike:
- Pro pretplate kupljene u aplikacijama naplaćuje Apple App Store ili Google Play, a ne Stripe.
- Koristimo RevenueCat za potvrdu računa iz trgovine i sinkronizaciju statusa pretplate s tvojim računom.
- Mobilne aplikacije ne uključuju PostHog analitiku niti SDK-ove za praćenje oglasa.
- Možeš izbrisati svoj račun u odjeljku Račun u mobilnoj aplikaciji ili na nadzornoj ploči na web-mjestu. Time se uklanjaju podaci o tvom osobnom računu na sum.video.
- Brisanjem računa ne otkazuje se aktivna pretplata na App Storeu ili Google Playu. Otkaži ih u postavkama pretplate za Apple ID ili Google Play.
Claude i ChatGPT konektori
Ako povežeš Claude ili ChatGPT sa sum.video platformom, te aplikacije šalju URL-ove YouTube videoh i pitanja putem konektora. Obrađujemo ih u okviru tvog postojećeg računa, tjedne kvote sažetaka i kvote za razgovor. Ne primamo ostatak tvog razgovora u Claudeu ili ChatGPT-ju.
6. Data Retention
Account Data
Retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after account closure for legal and business purposes.
Usage Data
Video URLs and summaries are retained for 2 years to improve service quality and provide account history.
Payment Data
Retained for 7 years as required by Hungarian accounting and tax regulations.
Technical Data
Logs and technical data are retained for 1 year for security and performance monitoring.

Račun možeš sam izbrisati u mobilnoj aplikaciji (Račun → Izbriši račun) ili na nadzornoj ploči na webu. Podijeljeni javni sažeci se ne uklanjaju.
